Most of the 100+ homes we have built came to us through word of mouth — a homeowner showing a relative around their new house, or a neighbour asking who built the one across the road. That is the standard every new house is held to: it has to be good enough that the family wants to recommend us.
We don’t take on more sites than we can supervise properly. Every house gets the attention of experienced people on site, honest materials and stage-by-stage checks, at a price that stays affordable because we plan carefully and waste little.

Do you build on my own plot?
Yes. Most of our houses are independent homes built on the owner’s plot — from compact 20x30 and 30x40 sites to larger plots for duplexes and villas.
What does turnkey construction include?
Design, approvals, materials, labour, supervision, finishing and handover — one contract and one responsible team instead of coordinating separate contractors.
How long does it take to build a house?
A typical G+1 independent house takes around 9 to 12 months from approval; larger homes take longer. We give you a realistic schedule before work begins.
How do you keep the pricing affordable?
Careful planning, accurate quantities and long-standing relationships with suppliers and workers. We avoid waste and rework rather than cutting corners on materials.
